Shipping & Refund Policy
*Most orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00 pm PT are shipped the next business day of receipt. Shipping will not occur on Saturday, Sunday or on National US Holidays. Orders received over the weekend or on National Holidays will be shipped promptly on the next business day. Here are our shipping rates:
$10.98 Shipping rate orders $49 and under: 2 - 7 Business Days Delivery Rate (On orders before 1:00 pm PST Monday-Thursday)
$4.98 Shipping rate orders $50 or more: 2 - 7 Business Days Delivery Rate (On orders before 1:00 pm PST Monday-Thursday)

Products are shipped directly either from the manufacturer or the distributor. Upon request, we will provide clients with information about stock status and availability of specific products, from the manufacturer or distributor. Every manufacturer has their own production schedule and inventory programs, as an authorized retailer, we will provide clients information about specific product availability and shipping times.
We strictly follow the manufacturer or distributor return and warranty policies
Customers will be notified when their shipment is ready to be shipped along with the tracking number. However, we encourage our customers to ascertain the current stock and back order status of products before placing the order online. Special order items, custom items and heavy items might take longer time to ship. For special items, additional shipping charges might apply due to item’s weight, size and dimensions.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returned Products must be: (i) returnable to Supplier; (ii) in the original unopened packaging; and (iii) in resalable condition, unless such Products are not in original unopened packaging or resalable condition due to the fault of Seller.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
New and Unused Product can be returned within 30 days from invoice date with up to 15% restocking fee.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, confirm with your bank account or credit card company, this may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address that we will provide you.
We will provide you with an address as soon as we confirm and review the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returned items Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
